12. | Placements and Vertical mobility More than of the passed out have been absorbed in Job markets. Most of the women students' preferred to join P.G. course. Those who have completed diploma course from DFRL got well-placed. Ten graduates have got effective placement in Middle East. Special enrichment programme on Spoken English enhanced students' exposure. | 13. | Drop out Rate is about 3%. It is mainly due to the policy of the government towards self financing courses. The special concession and consideration from the Head Quarters of Nair Service Society help to reduce the dropout rate especially that of backward classes. | 14. | Arrangement of Loans from Nationalized Banks. Economically backward students are helped by the department to avail of loan facility from Nationalized Banks. |
