B.Sc Food Science students received training on implementation of   HACCP in Luxury Hotels and Food Industries from December 13th to 15th.The programme was conducted by Food Safety Solutions International,Kochi.Principal Prof C.R.Indira inaugurated the programme. Prof.V.Rajamohan Nair,Coordinator, presided over the meeting.

Mementos were presented to Ms Anjana.R and Mr Joe Joseph, II and III rank holders in BSc Food Science Examination of March  2007.

Certificates were distributed to HACCP trained students in Food Science.
