(ICAAP 2022)

About ICAAP 2022

International Conference on Advances and Applications in Physical Science – 2022 (ICAAP 2022) NSS Hindu college, Changanacherry  established in the year 1947 is celebrating the Platinum jubilee this year and to commemorate this virtuous milestone Department of Physics, NSS Hindu College, Changanacherry is planning to host an International Conference on Advances and Applications in Physical Science – 2022 (ICAAP 2022) in association with IQAC to be held from 7th March 2022 to 11th March 2022 in a hybrid mode incorporating both offline and online sessions. The conference aims to bring together research scholars, academicians and industrial experts to share their knowledge in recent advances in various fields of physics. This will be a platform for postgraduate students, research scholars and faculty to fine tune their ideas, to refine their knowledge base and widen the horizons. The conference also aims to bridge the gap between the industry and academia, thus paving way for innovation and growth in technology. The conference will feature invited talks by eminent scientists and professors from renowned universities across the globe in areas such as space physics, cosmology, material science, computational physics and non-linear physics.

Objectives of the Program:

The primary objective of the conference is to provide access to the recent advances in theoretical and applied physics for research scholars and develop a sustainable collaboration with other peers in research. This is an opportunity for students to receive positive feedbacks and constructive criticism on the research papers presented in the conference. The conference also has provision for getting their research articles published in a Scopus indexed journal subject to conditions. The platform would help facilitate narrow the gap between industry and academia leading to innovation and growth of technology.

Program Impact-Expected Outcome.

  • Inculcating research interest in students
  • Sustainable collaboration
  • Publication of research article in scopus indexed journal
  • Interlinking industry with academia.

Preferred Participants: Post graduate students, research scholars, academicians, industry personnel
