Hindi

The Department of Hindi, established in 1957, has a glorious academic tradition. This department has succeeded in forming a well-disciplined, active, and promising generation with the help of eminent and dedicated teachers. The Hindi MA course began in 1967. The department has 6 permanent faculty members who are Ph.D. holders. The department became an approved research center of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala in June 1993, with Registration Order No. ACA 11/2/633/HIN/99. The department offers programs at (i) Graduate, (ii) Post-Graduate, and (iii) Doctoral level.
